Make America Affordable Again. Rising prices are making it harder for families to afford necessities like housing, groceries, and energy. One major driver of inflation is excessive government spending and debt. When Washington spends money it doesn't have, it borrows more, increasing the national debt and putting pressure on the value of the dollar. A stronger economy starts with fiscal responsibility. By reducing government spending, controlling debt, and promoting economic growth, we can help lower inflation, protect the purchasing power of American families, and make everyday life more affordable.

America's immigration system is broken and in need of a complete overhaul. We should move toward an Ellis Island-style immigration system that makes legal entry simpler, faster, and more accessible, while providing a clear and straightforward path to permanent residency for those who come here to work, contribute, and build a better life. Border security should focus on genuine threats such as violent crime - not peaceful individuals seeking opportunity. Immigration enforcement should be guided by respect for civil liberties and force should only be used only when necessary. I support the demilitarization of immigration enforcement and our borders. Abolish ICE and replace it with nothing.

Americans should not have to sacrifice their privacy to enjoy their freedom. Government surveillance programs must be subject to strict constitutional limits, judicial oversight, and transparency to ensure that innocent people are not monitored without probable cause. The Fourth Amendment protects citizens from unreasonable searches and seizures, and advances in technology should not diminish those protections. Mass surveillance, warrantless data collection, and government intrusion into private communications threaten civil liberties and erode public trust. Law enforcement and intelligence agencies should be required to obtain warrants before accessing private information, and government surveillance powers should be narrowly tailored to target genuine criminal and national security threats while protecting the rights of law-abiding citizens.

End Qualified Immunity. No government employee should be above the law. Qualified immunity too often prevents citizens from seeking accountability when their constitutional rights have been violated by government officials acting under the color of law. Ending qualified immunity would help restore public trust in law enforcement by ensuring that individuals have access to their day in court and that government officials are held to the same legal standards as everyone else. Accountability and transparency are essential to protecting both civil liberties and the integrity of our justice system.

Reproductive decisions belong to the individual, not the government. Decisions about pregnancy are deeply personal and should be made by a woman in consultation with her family, faith, values, and medical professionals, free from political interference. Government should be limited in its ability to control private medical decisions. Protecting individual liberty means trusting people to make these difficult choices for themselves rather than empowering politicians or government to make them on their behalf.

Education works best when students, parents, and teachers have the freedom to choose what meets their unique needs. Rather than a one-size-fits-all system directed from the top down, support expanding educational options through charter schools, Montessori schools, private schools, homeschooling, and innovative learning models. By empowering families to make decisions about their children's education and encouraging competition and innovation, schools can become more responsive, accountable, and effective in preparing students for success and meeting individual needs.

LGBTQ+ rights are individual rights; LGBTQ+ rights are human rights. Every person should be free to live, love, associate, and express themselves as they choose, provided they do not infringe on the rights of others. Government should not discriminate against individuals based on their sexual orientation or gender identity, nor should it interfere in the peaceful, voluntary relationships of consenting adults.

The United States has spent trillions of dollars on war, yet Americans are not safer as a result. Prolonged military interventions often come with significant financial costs, place service members in harm's way, and can fuel anti-American sentiment abroad. At the same time, the United States maintains a vast network of military bases around the world, costing taxpayers tens of billions of dollars each year. Foreign policy should prioritize peace, diplomacy, and national defense rather than nation-building and endless military engagements. We should work to end ongoing conflicts, avoid unnecessary future wars, and stop acting as the world police.
